The Co-Dunkall team has recently completed the installation of 100m² of Cellecta Yelofon HD10 at a block of flats in Norwich, preparing the site for the next stage – screeding.
Yelofon HD10 is a resilient acoustic layer designed to reduce impact sound transmission through concrete separating floors. Its installation helps developments achieve compliance with Part E of the Building Regulations while providing future residents with a quieter and more comfortable living environment.
With the acoustic layer now in place, the project is ready for a sand and cement screed with Retanol additive. This combination delivers a robust, durable finish with faster drying times and improved strength, ensuring the floor is both practical and long-lasting.
At Co-Dunkall, we take pride in delivering efficient, high-quality installations that support both compliance and comfort in residential developments across East Anglia.
