Co-Dunkall are pleased to share a progress update from one of our latest flooring packages in Carbrooke, Norfolk, where works are now well underway on an 850m² insulation, Iso-Rubber, and Cemfloor flowing screed project.
First Screed Installation – 20m³ Successfully Poured
During our first visit to site, our team installed 20m³ of Cemfloor cement-based flowing screed, covering approximately 300m² of prepared floor area. Careful planning and coordination ensured a smooth pour, efficient workflow, and a consistent finish throughout the space.
The project includes a full flooring build-up, combining insulation layers, Iso-Rubber acoustic treatment, and a high-performance screed system designed to work alongside underfloor heating. This type of package provides excellent thermal conductivity, improved acoustic performance, and a level surface ready for final floor finishes.
